How It Works
From an instant estimate to a finished, defensible review
No discovery call required to get started, and no guessing at the end — here's exactly what happens at each stage, and what you can expect from us at every step.
The five-step process
See your instant estimate
Use the pricing calculator for a real, math-based number from your deadline and academic level — no form to submit, no wait.
Tell us your scope
Share your topic, stage, and timeline via the quote form — five minutes is usually enough.
Scope reviewed by a specialist
A matching methodologist reviews your project and follows up with clarifying questions if anything's ambiguous.
Get a fixed, itemized quote
Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price — confirmed in writing, usually within a few business hours.
Confirm & begin
Pay the deposit (or full amount) via PayPal, and your project starts with your named specialist.
What's always included
A named specialist
Assigned for the full duration of your project, with direct contact — not a rotating queue.
PRISMA 2020-aligned reporting
Where applicable to your project, so your work holds up to reviewer and committee scrutiny.
Revisions within scope
Unlimited revisions within the originally agreed scope, until the work is submission-ready.
Confidentiality by default
Your project details stay private — an NDA is available on request. See our Confidentiality Policy.
What's not included by default
Kept out of every quote unless you specifically ask for it, so your price only reflects what you actually need:
Journal or submission fees
Open-access charges and journal submission fees are paid directly by you to the journal.
Closed database subscriptions
If your search requires a database you don't already have access to, that cost is separate.
Work outside the agreed scope
New analyses or sections added after your quote is confirmed are scoped and priced separately.
Common questions about the process
Do I need a discovery call to get started?
No — the pricing calculator gives you a real instant number, and the quote form takes about five minutes. A call is available if you'd prefer one, but it's never required.
How is my specialist chosen?
By subject-matter fit and methodology — a nursing meta-analysis and a health economics systematic review are matched to different specialists on our team.
What if my scope changes partway through?
Tell your specialist — small clarifications are handled as part of the original scope, while material changes are quoted separately before any extra work begins.
Can I order just one part of a systematic review?
Yes — services are modular. See Pricing for details on ordering a single component, like a search strategy or risk of bias assessment, on its own.
