Our guarantee

We stand behind our work through revisions, not cash refunds. Every confirmed quote includes unlimited revisions within the originally agreed project scope, until your work is submission-ready. If a deliverable doesn't match what was agreed in your written quote, we fix it — that's the guarantee.

What "within scope" means

Revisions cover refining, correcting, or adjusting the work against the scope, deliverables, and requirements set out in your confirmed quote. Requests that go beyond that — a new analysis, an additional outcome, a different study design — are treated as new work and quoted separately before we start on them.

Cancellations

You can cancel before your specialist begins scoped work, and any deposit paid is refunded in full. Once your specialist has begun work against the confirmed scope, the deposit is non-refundable, as it reflects time and expertise already committed to your project — from that point, dissatisfaction is resolved through the revisions described above.

Why we don't offer cash refunds

Once a specialist has begun scoped work on your project, that time and expertise has been delivered. Unlimited revisions within scope are how we make sure the end result still matches what you paid for, without the uncertainty of a refund request replacing a clear, itemized quote.

Deposits

Where a deposit is paid to begin work (see Pricing), it is applied toward your total project cost. The remainder is invoiced once your exact scope is confirmed.

Disputes

If you believe a deliverable doesn't meet your confirmed scope, contact your assigned specialist first. If it isn't resolved, escalate via our contact page and we'll review the original quote against the delivered work.
