See a real number the moment you enter your details — no waiting on a quote request to land in an inbox.
Named specialist, not a queue
Every confirmed project is assigned to a matching methodologist by name — not routed to whoever's free.
Pay only after confirmation
The calculator gives you the number up front; you only pay once your exact scope is confirmed in writing.

What actually drives the price
The calculator above already accounts for deadline and academic level. These additional factors are confirmed at the quote stage.
Scope & study volume
How many databases you search and how many records need screening. Two databases yielding 800 hits costs meaningfully less than six databases yielding 14,000.
Statistical complexity
A standard pairwise meta-analysis costs less than a network meta-analysis, Bayesian approach, or individual participant data synthesis.
Quality assessment depth
Which risk-of-bias tool is used, and how many included studies it's applied to.
Academic / publication level
A BSN capstone-level review and a review targeting a Q1 journal require different depths of rigor.
Delivery speed
Rush delivery costs more than standard or extended timelines — see the breakdown below.
Base rate by deadline
This is the base per-page rate before your academic level is applied — the calculator above does the full math for you.

The real comparison usually isn't "us versus a cheaper option" — it's the hidden cost of your own time. If your project is small, your timeline is generous, and you already have a co-author with the statistical skills, doing it yourself may be the right call. If it isn't, that's what a free quote is for.

Pricing FAQ
What's included in every quote?
A named specialist for the full duration of your project, direct contact with that specialist, PRISMA 2020-compliant reporting where applicable, and unlimited revisions within the originally agreed scope until the work is submission-ready.
What's not included by default?
Journal submission or open-access fees, subscription costs for databases you don't already have access to, and analyses outside the original agreed scope — these are quoted separately if they come up.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, invoiced directly once your quote is confirmed. It's currently our only accepted payment method.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — pay a 30% deposit via the calculator above to start, with the remainder invoiced once your exact scope is confirmed. Larger projects can be split into milestone-based payments — ask when you request your quote.
Can I order just part of a systematic review or meta-analysis?
Yes — services are modular. Order just a search strategy, just the meta-analysis and statistics, just a risk of bias assessment, or any combination — the calculator above prices the full service, but a partial-scope quote is available on request.
Is the calculator estimate the final price?
It's a real, math-based estimate from your actual deadline and level — most projects land close to it. Your final quote confirms the exact figure once we review study volume, statistical complexity, and other project specifics a page count can't capture.
