How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests, scope and deliver services, communicate about your project, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment information

Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not collect or store your card or bank details directly — PayPal handles payment processing under its own privacy policy and security standards.

Sharing your information

We share information only as necessary to deliver services (e.g., with the specialist assigned to your project) or as required by law. Quote request submissions are processed through Formspree, our third-party form backend provider, which handles the technical delivery of your submission to us.

Data retention

We retain project and contact information for the duration of our active engagement with you, plus 24 months afterward for record-keeping and in case you return with a follow-up project, after which it is securely deleted unless a longer period is required by law.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and project data is handled confidentially — see our Confidentiality Policy. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, or state privacy laws in the US).

International users

RigorWrite Research operates from Los Angeles, California, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States. If you're located outside the US, data protection laws there may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to this processing.
