By using this website or engaging RigorWrite Research's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of services

RigorWrite Research provides research consulting: methodology guidance, statistical analysis, evidence synthesis, editing, and related academic and publication support. Our services are consulting and analysis support — we do not produce work intended to be submitted by a client as their own original, independently-authored work in contexts where that would violate an institution's or publisher's policies.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, and for confirming with your institution, supervisor, or publisher whether and how outside consulting support must be disclosed under their specific policies. See our Academic Integrity Policy.

Quotes & pricing

Figures shown by the pricing calculator on this site are real, math-based estimates from your selected deadline and academic level, not binding quotes. A final price is confirmed after we review your specific project details. Per-page rates generally range from $35 to $83 depending on deadline and academic level, with a $45/page floor for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis projects — see our Pricing page.

Payment terms

Payment is accepted via PayPal, invoiced after a quote is confirmed. A 30% deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due before final delivery; larger projects may be split into milestone-based payments by arrangement.

Revisions

Every confirmed quote includes unlimited revisions within the originally agreed project scope, until your work is submission-ready. Requests outside that scope are quoted separately. See our Refund & Guarantee Policy.

Cancellations & refunds

We do not offer cash refunds once scoped work has begun — dissatisfaction is resolved through revisions within your agreed scope. See our Refund & Guarantee Policy for full details, including deposits and cancellations.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your research, data, and final work product. RigorWrite Research retains no ownership claim over client research or deliverables produced for a client.

Confidentiality

Project information is handled confidentially — see our Confidentiality Policy. NDAs are available on request.

Limitation of liability

RigorWrite Research provides consulting and support services; we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as journal acceptance, a particular grade, or committee approval, since these depend on factors outside our control. This section in particular should be reviewed by a lawyer to properly limit liability under your jurisdiction's law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Confirm this once your business is formally registered — the registration state and jurisdiction stated here should match.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
