How to use this: copy this structure into a spreadsheet, form builder (Google Forms, REDCap), or your screening software (Rayyan, Covidence) before you begin extraction. Add or remove fields based on your specific review question — a template built for a drug-efficacy review won't fit a qualitative synthesis unchanged. Pilot-test it on 2–3 studies before extracting your full set, and consider double extraction for key data points.
